WF Airport is a data processing system operated by Wallfly Pty Ltd. It is designed to support event delivery by retrieving, processing, and reporting on event data from third-party event management platforms such as EventsAir.

Wallfly Pty Ltd acts solely as a data processor when operating WF Airport. All data is processed under the instruction of the relevant event owner or controller.

Role of Wallfly

Wallfly Pty Ltd:

• Acts only as a data processor.
• Does not determine the purpose or means of processing event data.
• Processes data strictly in accordance with client instructions and contractual obligations.

The event owner or platform provider remains the data controller.

Types of Data Processed

WF Airport may process the following categories of data:

• Attendee registration data.
• Names.
• Email addresses.
• Organisation or company details.
• Event participation and session data.

No special category or sensitive personal data is intentionally processed.

Purpose of Processing

Data is processed only for event-related operational purposes, including:

• Generating reports and analytics.
• Event reconciliation and validation.
• Session and presentation management workflows.
• Integration with approved third-party systems such as presentation management platforms.

WF Airport does not use data for marketing, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

Data Minimisation

Wallfly follows a strict data minimisation approach:

• Only the minimum required data is accessed and processed.
• Data fields are limited to those necessary for the specific function being performed.
• Data is not retained beyond operational requirements unless required for system integrity or compliance.

Data Sharing

WF Airport may transmit limited data to approved sub-processors where required for event delivery.

This may include:

• Name and email address shared with presentation management platforms.

All sub-processors operate under their own data protection obligations.

Data Retention

WF Airport may temporarily cache or store data required for processing and reporting.

• Operational data is retained only as long as necessary.
• Certain system logs may be retained for security, auditing, and system integrity purposes.
• Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

No Independent Use

Wallfly Pty Ltd does not:

• Sell or share data for commercial purposes.
• Use event data for its own marketing or analytics.
• Retain data beyond what is required to deliver contracted services.
